Introduce module attributes into the module map grammar, along with a
single attribute ("system") that allows us to mark a module as being a
"system" module. Each of the headers that makes up a system module is
considered to be a system header, so that we (for example) suppress
warnings there.

If a module is being inferred for a framework, and that framework
directory is within a system frameworks directory, infer it as a
system framework.

Disable the ConnectionFileDescriptor mutex for now as it is deadlocking our
test suite and I need to investigate this.

Fix typo.

Emit the message about putting ' -- ' between the end of command options and the raw input 
conditionally,
that is, only if the command object does not want completion.  An example is the "settings 
set" command.

Added a ModuleList::Destroy() method which will reclaim the std::vector
memory by doing a swap.

Also added a few utilty functions that can be enabled for debugging issues
with modules staying around too long when external clients still have references
to them.

Fix typo.

NULL out the "ptr_" member of shared pointers for debug and release
builds (not build and integration builds) to help catch when a shared pointer
that might be in a collection class is used after the collection
has been freed.

Enable extra error checking for debug builds in our mutexes by
watching for errors from pthread_mutex_destroy () (usually "Resource
busy" errors for when you have a mutex locked and try to destroy
it), and pthread_mutex_lock, and pthread_mutex_unlock (usually for
trying to lock an invalid mutex that might have possible already
been freed).

When the buildkernel stage 2.3 (build tools) runs, the PATH is still set
to the default from the top-level Makefile.  Therefore, invocations of
lex and yacc (used during building of aicasm) will use the executables
in /usr/bin, not those optionally built during the previous buildworld
or kernel-toolchain.  This makes kernel builds from older FreeBSD
releases more difficult than necessary.

Fix this by setting PATH to ${BPATH}:${PATH} in stage 2.3, so the
bootstrap tools directories are searched before the regular ones.

Store the LLVM version rather than the dragonegg svn revision
in object files.  That's because the svn revision isn't always
available (eg: when not using svn).

There is no need to hold onto an ExecutionContext as a member variable. 
ExecutionContext objects have shared pointers to Target, Process, Thread
and Frame objects and they can end up being held onto for too long.

Fixed a location where we would never end up unlocking our mutex in
the ClusterManager. Also switched to using Mutex::Locker where we can.

Fixed an issue that could happen during global object destruction in our
map that tracks all live Module classes. We must leak our mutex for our
collection class as it might be destroyed in an order we can't control.

On state changes from RUN to anything else the AGGR sessions are
cleared/dropped leading to qid2tap[n] being NULL as there no longer
is a tap. Now, if there have been lots of frames queued the firmware
processes and returns those after the tap is gone.

    If some length checks in pflog_bpfcopy() failed, the function
    returned early.  As a result tcpdump -i pflog0 printed uninitialized
    kernel memory for short packets.  Fix this by copying the mbuf data
    we have if we cannot decode the packet.

really belong.

Completely remove the generic_armv7_* functions, which are just duplicate of
the armv4 versions, and directly use the armv4 versions instead.

Rework the shutdown/reboot logic a little bit.

Since the introduction of the passwordless login for a fresh install,
people have been able to reboot/shutdown machines by realoding the page.
For fix this issue let's grant a one-time reboot/shutdown license using
sessions through the confirmation dialog.
While I'm here letschange it to try reach the httpd every 3 seconds after
reboot/shutdown and if that goes well redirect to '/'.
