Move passes from namespace llvm into anonymous namespaces. Sort includes while there.

Backport iround support from mainline.

Fix PR16110: Handle DBG_VALUE in ConnectedVNInfoEqClasses::Distribute().

Now that the LiveDebugVariables pass is running *after* register
coalescing, the ConnectedVNInfoEqClasses class needs to deal with
DBG_VALUE instructions.

This only comes up when rematerialization during coalescing causes the
remaining live range of a virtual register to separate into two
connected components.

Cache more autotools tests

MFC        r250823:

grep: change some int types.

Change several int variables to size_t, ssize_t, or ptrdiff_t.
This should fix the bug described in CVE-2012-5667 when an input
line is so long that its length cannot be stored in an int
variable.

Fix 32 bit build in c++11 mode.

The error was:
error: non-constant-expression cannot be narrowed from type 'long long' to 'long' in 
initializer list [-Wc++11-narrowing]
        MI.getOperand(6).getImm() & 0x1F,

    prevent to generate binary package in ${PACKAGES} from the side effect of
    `install' with USE_DESTDIR=yes.
    This changes prevent to unwanted overwite of existing binary packages with
    test installation (`stage-install', `replace' & `undo-replace', and so on).
    
    To do both `install' and `package', you can still use `package-install' target,
    same as USE_DESTDIR=no.

    Correct HOEPAGE noted by PR pkg/47848 from Ilias-Dimitrios Vrachnis.
