   rework size_arrays():
   - avoid calloc, use bozomalloc
   - minor CSE
   - fix bozoprefs->size setting when increasing the size (new total was
     being added to the prior total.)  found by clang static analyzer
     from rajeev_v_pillai.

   pass httpd to size_arrays() now.
   free(NULL) is legal.
